Denzel Dumfries has signed a new contract with Inter Milan and will be moving to the Serie A side in January.
Dumfries has been a key player for Sunderland in recent years and he has also played for Manchester United and Chelsea.
He made his debut for Sunderland against West Ham United in May 2015 and went on to make over 100 appearances for the club.
In his time at Sunderland, Dumfries helped them to win promotion back to the Premier League in 2018-19 and was named as the Footballers' Player of the Year.
He then moved to Manchester United, where he had a successful spell before joining Chelsea in 2021.
Dumfries is known for his strong work rate and ability to create chances,Qatar Stars League Perspective and he has scored a number of goals for the Blues in his time there.
The move to Inter Milan comes after Dumfries missed out on a place in the England squad for the World Cup due to injury, but he is confident that he can make a significant impact at the Serie A club.
Inter Milan have won their last two Serie A matches this season and they are expected to come away with a victory against Inter on Saturday.
Dumfries is looking forward to playing for Inter and hopes to help the team achieve success in Europe.
The transfer fee for Dumfries is yet to be confirmed, but it is believed that he will be one of the most expensive players in Serie A next season.
