Luka Vlahovic is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a striker for the Juventus F.C. in Serie A and the Italy national team. He was born on September 22, 1998, in Belgrade, Serbia.
Vlahovic began his career with hometown club Partizan Belgrade before moving to Austria in 2016 to join Rapid Wien. In his first season with Rapid, he scored 15 goals in 27 games, earning him a move to Serie A side Sassuolo.
In his debut season with Sassuolo, Vlahovic scored 24 goals in all competitions, helping the club finish in second place and qualify for the Europa League. He continued to impress during the following seasons,Bundesliga Tracking scoring over 20 goals each year until joining Juve in the summer of 2020.
Since joining Juve, Vlahovic has become one of the most prolific strikers in Serie A, netting 75 goals in just 114 appearances. His performances have earned him numerous awards, including the Golden Shoe award for the best player in Serie A in both 2021-22 and 2022-23.
One of Vlahovic's standout assists came against Inter Milan in October 2021. After receiving a pass from Federico Chiesa, Vlahovic dribbled past several defenders and finished with a powerful shot that beat Inter goalkeeper Ederson to give Juve the lead.
